Do we have to book?
No, booking isn't essential but is advised as our Pubs can get quite busy on week nights and weekends. Also, if you book before arriving you'll have the opportunity to take advantage of our pre-book only special offers. To make a booking today find your chosen pub on our site and follow the links or call our dedicated Party Planners on 08456 049 904.

Can I ring the pubs directly?
Of course, the phone numbers for each pub are listed on the website, simply use the bar searcher to find the pub you want to contact. If you call during busy times our staff may not be able to answer but our central team of Party Planners would be happy to deal with any requests or questions, call them on 08456 049 904.

What's on the menu?
We have a variety of menus available depending on the pub you are looking to visit. All menus are displayed on our site, simply find your pub using our bar searcher, select the menu tab and download the PDF attachment. Alternatively feel free to call our Party Planners direct on 08456 049 904 to receive the relevant menus on email.

What time is food served until?
Opening times and food serving hours vary by Pub but most serve food until 8pm. For more details contact the Pub you're visiting direct. Phone numbers for each pub can be found using our bar searcher. Alternatively contact our Party Planners on 08456 049 904 who'll be happy to advise.

Can you decorate an area for me?
Depending on the pub we can help decorate an area for a special occasion or help set-up decorations you provide. Please contact the pub directly to discuss your options further. Use the bar searcher on our website to find the contact details of each venue.

Are you showing sport on TV screens?
Many of our pubs have TV screens where sports games are shown. You can identify which pubs this applies to by finding the venue with our bar searcher and looking for a 'SKY' icon at the top of the pub's page. For details on exact fixtures please call or email the pub directly.

Do we have to pay to reserve an area / for entry?
Most of our pubs are free of charge to enter however for some late night venues a door entry charge may apply. To reserve an area there's no charge simply make a booking enquiry online or call one of our Party Planning team on 08456 049 904.

What birthday packages do you offer?
All packages are listed on our website. Find the pub you want to visit using our bar searcher, and select the tab called 'party packages'. If you have something more bespoke in mind make an enquiry via our partner site's online booking form and we'll contact you back to discuss.

What time are under 18’s allowed in the pub until?
This varies from pub to pub with most town centre venues only allowing children until 7pm. Please contact the pub directly to confirm.
