Hotel Cancellation Policy
A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation at our Hotels. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 1.00pm 1 day prior to the date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged per room booked.
If you cancel a guaranteed room after 1pm on the arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s accommodation per room booked. If you decide to cancel or change their reservation, you must do so before 12pm on the day of arrival or you will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation per room booked.
